Tender of Tung Chung Town Lot No. 45 at Area 57, is designated for non-industrial purposes (excluding residential, hotel, godown and petrol-filling station) will close by tomorrow (October 16). Our Alex Leung cuts valuation by 20% from our former view to a revised expectation between HK$3.15 and $3.78 billion reflecting the restrictions under the government lease for mainly office purpose. The office supply from this land will represent 7 times of the existing office stock in Tung Chung.
