CHFT and Agility Partners Partnership Announcement cum Automated Valuation Model Technology Launch
CHFT formed a joint venture with Agility Partners, one of the leading asset management companies in Singapore, to promote the use of Automated Property Model (“AVM”) for appraisal and facilitating banks' mortgage applications.
The AVM utilizes machine learning and data analytics to facilitate data standardization and generating valuation figures. It accelerates the property valuation process and generates a more precise estimation. AVM could be used by banks, property owners, insurance companies, developers, asset management companies, mortgage firms and property management companies. AVM is now currently adopted by DBS Bank (Singapore), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and United Overseas Bank in Singapore. CHFT and Agility Partners aim to promote application of AVM in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area, and are planning to open up the markets in Korea and Japan.
On 23 January 2019 evening, over 60 guests attended the Partnership Announcement cum AVM Technology Launch. The event started with partnership announcement and contract signing. Demonstration of AVM was followed after that, guests showed their interest in the real operation and raised many questions. Hereby, we thank for their support again.

華坊諮詢評估公司與新加坡輝立集團旗下亞捷資產評估公司，建立戰略合作夥伴關係，共同開發智能估價系統 “Automated Valuation Model”（下稱AVM），引進香港。
AVM將會利用機器學習及數據分析原理將房地產數據標準化以進行物業估值。運用AVM可有助提升估價效率，其不僅能於短時間內對大量商業物業組合進行估值，縮短整個物業估價的流程，更能提升估值的準確度。AVM主要提供銀行界、業主、保險公司、發展商、資產管理公司、房託、按揭證券公司及物業管理公司等使用。目前AVM已獲新加坡星展、華僑及大華3大銀行採用，是次的合作將推動AVM在香港及大灣區的應用，而將來更計劃向日本及韓國市場發展。
是次的夥伴合作協議暨智能估價系統發佈會於1月23日舉行，有超過六十名嘉賓來臨支持。當日除了簽署合作協議外，還進行了AVM演示，大家都對實際操作十分感興趣，並提出了很多相關提問。藉此，華坊與亞捷再次感謝各位的支持。
