New Rateable Values starting 1 April 2020


New Rateable Values have become effective starting 1 April 2020. Average changes in Rateable Values are:

- Office                                +1.2%

- Industrial                          +1.1%

- Hotel                                 -10% -  -30%

 (depend on locations and grades)

- Retail & Commercial        -9.2%

- Residential                        -1.5% - -0.8%

    (depend on classes)
